  • Cocktails by the Beach

Old Passion
Ingredients:
5 cl Rum (recommended: La Mauny from Martinique)
Homemade syrup
Skin of orange
Fresh passion fruit (half)

Method:
1. Prepare home made syrup by combining simple syrup with crushed vanilla. Then let it sit for a few days.
2. Combine syrup with ~3 orange peels (crushed with sugar), ice, and half of a passion fruit (juiced)
3. Add 5cl rum, stir, and garnish with vanilla stick

Pina Colada
Ingredients:
5 cl Spiced rum Bacardi
5 cl coconut cream
12 cl mango puree

Method:
1. Pour rum, coconut cream, and mango puree into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass

Bubbling Sereno
Ingredients:
Champagne
Fresh cucumber
Fresh basil
Stick of watermelon

Method:
1. Combine champagne, cucumber, and stick of watermelon into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with basil.

Aku Aku
Ingredients:
2.5 cl Bacardi Gold
2.5 cl Bacardi 8
1.5 cl Peach cream
8 cl Pineapple puree
Fresh mint
Fresh lemon

Method:
1. Pour rum, peach cream, and pineapple puree into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
3. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon and garnish with basil leaves and pineapple

Moscow Mule
Ingredients:
½ lime 5 cl vodka (recommended: Grey Goose)
Ginger beer (Old Jamaica)
Simple syrup

Method:
1. Squeeze half of a lime into cocktail glass.
2. Mix 5cl vodka, a splash of syrup, and ice in cocktail shaker
3. Strain into cocktail glass and fill rest with ginger beer
